I just had to share this with you guys. Usually I watch house redecorating/renovation/flipping shows with a grain of salt. I take the ideas that I like and leave the ones I don’t. For the first time in a long time I was completely struck by a finished product. See for yourself:

16 ft ceilings leave a lot of room for possibility. 2 favorite things – 1) the built-in bookcase with a fireplace and mini-waterfall and 2) the enormous framed photos that go all the way to the ceiling. One of the homeowners is a photographer, so lucky!
Anyway, I thought the end result was spectacular. And PS – the name of the show is Divine Design and you can catch it on HGTV.

Divine Design is on of my favorite decorating shows. The room makes me feel like I’m outside, while being inside. When I saw the counters I was sure it was black sand. Good pick!
