Here’s a shot of an idea for an upcoming project:

I love the scrappiness of this pillow, which is named the Gilded Frame Floor Cushion. I would love to see this done as a full quilt. For some reason it does really remind me of stained glass. This great project was taken from Kaffe Fassett’s Caravan of Quilts – available on Amazon.com for $16.47. You can purchase the book by clicking here.

Of course, in this book all Kaffe Fassett fabrics are used, but we both know that the same effect can be obtained using any number of other fabrics – like I said, the pillow is a perfect scrap project.
