Welcome to The Kate Chronicles! My name is Kate and I am a twentysomething who loves quilting and textiles so much that I’ve been blogging about them since 2006. I (truthfully) cannot believe that it has been that long. This blog was started as a way to update friends and family on current projects.

Currently residing in foggy San Francisco, California and working for an online retailer in a management position. Creative job? Not so much. I’m always searching for ways to bring more creativity into my life; it makes me sane. Absolutely interested in both modern and traditional quilts as well as those that combine the two genres.
